Kerrie,
What a lovely quote and how true!

While many managers are able to stop critical words tumbling out of their mouths, they can be less tuned into the tiny gestures that escape from faces, eyes, shoulders and body shifts.

When our words say one thing and our body language and gestures say something different, it is the body language that dominates most of the time.

And these days, when innovation and creativity are so important to our companies' successes it is vital that every idea, no matter how odd or unexpected or unusual is given due consideration before being shelved.

Thanks for giving us the quote to consider this!
