joining the Members Only Area and confirming your login account.
EMAIL USE
Some of our members will make their email addresses available
if they wish to communicate with other users with similar
interests and/or goals. If you use this information, you agree
not to transmit "spam" or other unwanted solicitations,
or any material that is harassing, threatening, racially or
otherwise offensive, obscene, abusive, harmful, defamatory,
invasive of another's privacy, infringing of another's intellectual
property rights, or illegal.
Members found using email information inappropriately will
be stripped of their membership. KMG Consulting and the Leadership
Skill Center is not responsible for the content of email messages
sent by its members or from any third party.
FORUM AND MESSAGE BOARD USE
Message boards on the Leadership Skill Center website will
contain information that can be posted and viewed by anyone
on the internet. KMG Consulting and the Leadership Skill Center
does not endorse any information posted in a Forum or on the
Message boards. KMG Consulting and the Leadership Skill Center
is not responsible for the information posted in any Forum
or Message board, nor for editing any factual errors or making
any type of corrections to any information presented. Any
action taken by you based on information presented in a Forum
or on a Message board is at your own risk and could be dangerous
or life-threatening.
In using our Message boards or Forums you agree to follow
our Community Guidelines which includes these provisions:
- Respect everyone’s opinions. Even though you might
not agree with someone, that doesn’t mean they are
wrong or deserve to be belittled. Remember that what works
for you may not work for everyone else. Give everyone the
same courtesy you would expect in return.
- No profanity or explicit content.
- No profile pictures that might be considered "inappropriate".
- No posts that could be interpreted as threatening or
harassment.
- No advertising or product promotion is permitted.
KMG Consulting or the Leadership Skill Center has the right
to remove a post if it does not meet these standards.
Posts submitted to any Leadership Skill Center Forum or
Message board are not considered confidential. These posts
may be used by KMG Consulting and the Leadership Skill Center
for any purpose without requiring permission from the originator.
MEMBER CONDUCT
We assume members of the Leadership Skill Center will act
responsibly and use the tools provided by KMG Consulting or
the Leadership Skill Center in a constructive, helpful and
law-abiding manner. If KMG Consulting or the Leadership Skill
Center determines that any member is not using the system
responsibly, we can and will censor, edit or block their transmissions
or use of the Leadership Skill Center.
Anyone breaking any of these Site Rules may have
their enrollment in a course or their site membership terminated
without further warning and will not be entitled to a refund
of any course fees paid.
