About the Leadership Skill Center

The Leadership Skill Center is a division of KMG Consulting. It was established in 2006 to provide online leadership development programs to a global community, in particular through our innovative Leadership Coaching Club based on Kerrie's recognized FeLAN™ model.

Thanks to funding support from the Telematics Trust, a public charitable trust established by the Victorian Government, we have been able to take our FeLAN™ model for innovative leadership development for individuals in isolated leadership situations, from concept to reality in record time.

Like KMG Consulting, the Leadership Skill Center is committed to developing our clients' full capacity for meaningful leadership at both individual and organizational levels.


KMG Consulting was established by Kerrie Mullins-Gunst (MBA BSc DipEd) in April 1993. Since then we have developed a reputation for high-level support and advice across a range of areas, as well as for leadership, mentoring and group coaching and executive development programs.

Kerrie Mullins-Gunst, founder of the Leadership Skill Center and Principal of KMG Consulting, is one of Australia's leading female business presenters, sought by many for her strategic insight and exceptional ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences.

Kerrie Mullins-Gunst is a full time business advisor, company director and professional speaker based in Melbourne, who is committed to helping good managers become great leaders. She provides high-level corporate support in leadership, mentoring and strategic planning, with a special interest in crisis prevention and the management of controversial issues.

Her workshops and keynote presentations are derived from her extensive experience in leadership and management, mentoring and coaching, strategy development, communication planning, issue management, risk negotiation and risk communication. She offers advanced skills in organizational strategy, change processes and problem solving, a demonstrated ability to manage process and lead people, a constructive and creative approach to the resolution and communication of complex issues plus strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
